Terrorists attack Assam

Another day, another state

The upsurge in violence in Assam in recent months has remained underreported. And today, terrorists carried out 13 serial bomb blasts across the state, claiming at least 40 lives and injuring 200 others.

Update:Jagadish’s once-in-six-weeks theory has been proved right, again.
