What was an illegal immigrant from Pakistan doing videotaping high-rise buildings and subway systems in several American cities? Robi Sen points out a document from The Smoking Gun which details the incident.
The Smoking Gun has unearthed some other interesting documents (in facsimile): these include, the US federal criminal indictment of Omar Saeed Sheikh for the Daniel Pearl kidnapping case, a summary of Jose Padilla’s al Qaeda related activities and a lawsuit by the family of 9/11 victim against the Taliban, Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein.
