Coming rapidly after Jaswant Singh eased restrictions on Indian companies investing abroad, Singapore’s Economic Development Board has set up shop in Mumbai - with a mandate to attract Indian FDI into Singapore. While India may not really need a Hong Kong, free trade between the two countries will be of mutual benefit.
