India-US - En route to strategic convergence

Scott Baldouf writes that while India and the US are on their way to a strategic partnership, Washington is unable to prevent New Delhi from pursuing its own agenda.

So while the likes of the striped pants set’ down at Foggy Bottom are wringing their hands at their inability to arm-twist India, The Rebel of Small Causes is making speeches at India’s capitulation to the United States.
