It appears that India and Pakistan have agreed on a mutual extradition treaty covering handing over of terrorists and criminals.
The News/Jang has compiled this news report from anonymous sources so it cant be taken too seriously.But if it is true, I’d see it as the most concrete result of the rapprochment process so far.
This is an archived blog post from The Acorn.
However, lets remember that no extradition treaty will ever be useful if Pakistan continues to deny that the named individual is not present in the country.
