Shaukat Aziz, Pakistan’s Prime Minister-in-waiting wants to make Pakistan an Asian Tiger. The Acorn thinks it will remain a basket case unless there are profound changes for which institutional democracy is an important pre-requisite.
Being proved wrong will be a happy outcome.
